Gift Voucher terms and conditions

Betty Mckenzie Gift vouchers are validated for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift vouchers can be used online or in store. Each card has its own unique code that can be used at checkout. Vouchers can be used in part or full at each transaction.

Lost or Stolen Gift voucher
You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift voucher when recieved / purchased.  

If your gift voucher is lost or stolen, 'Betty McKenzie' is unable to replace or reimburse the balance on a voucher.

'Betty Mckenzie" cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a 'Betty Mckenzie" gift card as a result of theft or fraud.
